And speaking of cravings, is it too early to start thinking about Thanksgiving? I don’t think so! I filmed my Thanksgiving class which will be ready on November 1, so I am in the spirit!  But in the meantime, this week’s dinner planner is full of cozy, doable meals to carry you through October. Meatless Monday: Vegan Lentil Shepherd’s Pie + simple green salad

Tuesday: Jalapeño Coconut Curry Chicken Meatball Bowls from Ambitious Kitchen

Wednesday: Sweet Potato and Black Bean Tacosjicama slaw

Thursday: Farro Salad with Fennel and Roasted Butternut Squash + a simple protein of your choice like broiled salmon, turkey sausages or broiled lamb chops

Friday: Miso glazed black codpea and mushroom sauté

Saturday brunch: Pumpkin Coffee Cake with Cinnamon Crumb Topping

Sunday: Everyday Turmeric Chickencauliflower rice, sauteed spinach
